Assuming you are travelling along the A624 road (from Chapel direction to Glossop direction), do not go into Hayfield village.
Keep travelling along A624 past Hayfield village (through the 2 speed cameras – 1 before the village coming down the hill and 1 coming up the hill after village.
The road will come to Little Hayfield, a hamlet of a few houses on left and right. Look out for the Lantern Pike Pub, when driving down the hill; Clough Lane is at the side of the Pub. Continue down lane when passing cottage standing on its own on the right, look for parking space on left, parking before bend near hedge either opposite the double wooden gates or before. Brook Cottage is second one after the hedge. The lane is a kind of cul de sac, there is a turn a round at the bottom of lane, or if you wish you can open gate to go through and round, however please shut the gate, thank you Any problems finding us please telephone the above mobile only.
